If you are reporting a technical issue, then please provide as many details as possible so that we can identify or try to reproduce the issue. The details should contain information about what you are trying to achieve; what steps have you taken; what was the actual result, and what was the expected result.

- Screenshots – just use “Print Screen” keyboard key to capture the images that will help us to understand the situation..
- Screencast – you can use the Macro Commander build-in screencast feature available in each macro “Stat/Log” tab.
- Macro/macro file – just right-click on the macro tab in the main Macro Commander window and select “Macro File Location”.
For sharing the files, you can either use OneDrive, FileTransfer.io, or any alternatives.
